Adrian has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation, combining a busy Commercial and Chancery practice with Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence work. He is instructed by small and medium sized businesses as well as by national firms, insurers, local authorities and unions. Adrian has experience in courts up to the Court of Appeal, in various tribunals, at inquests and increasingly at Joint Settlement Meetings and in Mediation. His cases can often involve high value claims.
Adrian’s expertise includes mining industry claims and industrial disease cases and takes a particular interest in road traffic cases involving allegations of fraud. He has experience in Professional Negligence cases involving solicitor, accountants, architects and Clinical Negligence.
Adrian’s Commercial clients rely on him to deal with a wide range of issues, often at very short notice. He is particularly knowledgeable in Partnership and business disputes relating to director’s fiduciary duties, Real Property and Commercial Landlord and Tenant work.
