Ancillary relief - Alex has extensive experience in advising in financial disputes upon divorce. He has been involved in many "big money" actions including company valuations, inherited wealth and farming cases.

Financial Disputes - both in cohabitation cases and Inheritance Act claims

Child Care - both in public and private law proceedings. Alex has extensive experience of acting for Local Authorities and parents in Children Act 1989 proceedings

International Child abduction - Alex has acted in many Hague Convention applications including abductions from the USA and Australia and abductions from non-Hague countries, including Japan.
