Andrew has a particular interest in dental and facial injuries - now receiving instructions specifically because of such injuries.
MIB claims and 'RTA and Art 75 Insurer' claims.
LEVEL OF WORK
Fast track and multi track cases, including clinical negligence and health and safety, of varying value up to about £200,000. Instructed in first reported dental negligence claim (periodontal disease) of more than £50,000.
CICA cases up to circa £250,000.
Andrew has considerable experience of fraudulent Road Traffic Accident claims. This includes "Cash for Crash" claims, deliberate slam-on accidents and exaggerating injuries caused by or people involved in accidents.
Represented family of 18 month old boy at Inquest, returning a verdict of unlawful killing, following his death at Alder Hey Hospital.

Previous professional experience at university teaching hospital gives a broad understanding of institutional regimes, clinical/other protocols and product liability, particularly medicines and medical devices regulations.
Lectured nationally and internationally on 'law, ethics and the provision of dental treatment'. In particular, the provision of treatment to those disabled from giving consent. A number of published articles in refereed journals, and contributory author of two textbooks in this area.
