PARTICULAR SPECIALIST INTEREST

Audrey's family practice involves both private and public law. She has extensive experience representing parents in child law cases involving Local Authorities and Guardians. She has particular interest in cases which have a medical aspect.

Audrey's Immigration and Asylum practice consists of presenting cases before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and the preparation of grounds for Judicial Review. She has also defended Asylum Seekers in the criminal courts.

Human Rights

Audrey has a determined commitment to the protection of Human Rights and Civil Liberties which she brings to all areas of her practice.

PRO BONO WORK

Audrey has a commitment to the pro bono scheme in both her areas of practice in particular in matters involving breaches of Human Rights. In this regard she also works with community based organizations that are committed to the protection of human rights and civil liberties.
