Having previously worked as a Costs Draftsman both externally and within the in-house costs team of a national personal injury firm Chris is able to advise on costs matters, draft bills of costs, prepare points of dispute and represent parties at detailed assessment hearings.

Crime

Chris has a wide experience of prosecuting and defending in both the Crown and Magistrates' Courts.

Chris has been involved in cases involving the supply of Class A drugs, burglary, robbery, serious assaults, serious public order offences, domestic violence and sexual offences.

He also regularly undertakes private prosecutions for a number of government agencies including Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs and the Department of Work and Pensions.
