Mr Flood has represented both Claimant’s and Respondents in the Employment Tribunal, The Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.

He has represented principally Claimants in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in the field of personal injury, and both Claimant’s and Defendants in the County Court and High Court in other fields.
He also has experience of representing Claimant’s in the CICA/CICB.
He has particular experience of cases involving:-
i.Personal injury.
He as represented Claimant’s in both minor and serious accident cases and high value claims. He has a particular interest and experience in the preparation of detailed schedules of loss in high value personal injury claims and extensive experience of drafting, advisory work and the negotiation of settlements at round table conferences.
ii.Contract.
He has experience of conducting commercial breach of contract claims, and breach of contract involving building and renovation works to domestic and commercial premises.
iii.Housing.
He has represented both Claimants and Defendants in possession proceedings.
Mr Flood regularly undertakes CPD approved lectures on all aspects of Personal Injury Litigation including ATE/BTE Insurance/Callery V. Grey, contributory negligence, costs and procedural updates.

Mr Flood is an experienced employment law advocate having practised in the area of employment law for 19 years and represented both Claimant’s and Respondents in the Employment Tribunal, The Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal in cases covering all areas of employment law.
He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has been invited by the Personal Injury Bar Association to present a series of lectures in 2012 on employment law.
