Elliw has experience in a wide range of private law proceedings acting for parents, extended family members and children with party status. Elliw routinely receives instructions in relation to injunction proceedings.

Elliw regularly represents parents, children and Local Authorities in public law proceedings from first appointments to final hearings and receives instructions in the Crown Court with regard to Public Interest Immunity matters.

Elliw takes instructions in ancillary relief proceedings and conducts hearings at all stages of the case including applications for maintenance pending suit. Elliw also advises in writing and in conference on matters of ancillary relief.

Elliw is fully bilingual and conducts hearings, conferences and advises in both Welsh and English.

Elliw studied law at the University of Manchester and completed the Bar Vocational Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
