Ancillary Relief

Frances has a substantial practice dealing with all aspects of ancillary relief including:

- advising on settlement;
- applications for freezing orders;
- cases involving complex pension valuation;
- variation and enforcement of financial orders;

She also has experience of dealing with proceedings between unmarried former co-habitants under TOLATA 1996 and financial proceedings under Schedule One of the Children Act 1989.

Private Law Child

Frances has experience in private law proceedings under the Children Act 1989 including:

- Cases involving serious allegations of causing significant harm to children;
- Implacable hostility;
- International relocation cases and jurisdictional issues;

Public Law Child

Frances has experience of acting on behalf of parents, children and Local Authorities in Care proceedings.
