Gary is a civil practitioner and is a specialist in all aspects of Personal Injury Law including Employers Liability, Industrial Disease, RTA, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability. He is almost exclusively instructed by Claimants and has developed a significant practice arising out of predominantly Employers Liability and RTA.

Gary has a substantial union based practice undertaking work from members of most of the national Unions via Union appointed Solicitors. He has a very large paper practice that includes drafting proceedings and schedules, advising as to both liability and relevant quantum.

Gary has an unrivalled and well deserved reputation for his extremely fast return of papers. His practice includes fast and multi track claims up to a very high level.

Gary also practices in commercial litigation with an emphasis on building disputes, commercial contracts and professional negligence. Adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC in relation to building disputes

Landlord and Tenant
Predominantly housing disrepair advising local authorities, housing associations and private landlords.

Gary is a former Quantity Surveyor and undertakes commercial work particularly arising out of construction/building disputes as well as Professional Negligence of Surveyors, Architects and Engineers. In addition he has extensive experience of Landlord and Tenant litigation with an emphasis on housing disrepair claims.
