Lara is regularly instructed on behalf of both Claimant’s and Defendant’s in fast track and multi track cases at all stages of the litigation.

Lara also undertakes housing work on behalf of both Private Landlords and Registered Social Landlords aswell as tenants.

In particular Lara does cases involving housing disrepair, anti social behaviour, possession proceedings and unlawful eviction.

Prior to practising at the bar Lara worked for a number of local solicitors including Messrs Berrymans Lace Mawer and Weighmanns which gives her a well rounded perspective of the profession and what is required.

Public/Administrative Law

She has extensive experience in Personal Injury matters at all levels. Her practice also comprises credit hire and fraud cases.

Lara deals with Residential and private Landlord and Tenant matters.

She is also experienced at Inquests.
