Personal Injury
Laura acts in a variety of personal injury matters. As well as undertaking advocacy at hearing and trials, Laura regularly advises on liability and quantum and drafts various statements of case. She acts for both Claimants and Defendants. She deals with claims arising out of road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slipping and tripping accidents and occupiers’ liability claims.
Employment
In employment matters, Laura acts for both Claimants and Respondents. She is developing her interest in this growing area. Her experience includes cases involving unfair and constructive dismissal, Wage Act claims and TUPE.
Laura read Law at the University of Manchester. She completed the Bar Vocational Course at Manchester Metropolitan University having been awarded a Hardwicke Scholarship from Middle Temple.
