Prior to joining the Bar Rachael had worked for three years at a large solicitor’s firms specialising in Asylum and Immigration Law with a particular emphasis on cases involving complex medical issues including HIV/AIDS. She worked for Legal Practice Clerks in London after completing the Bar final exams and gained significant experience in mortgage possession, insolvency and small claims. Rachael now specialises in all aspects of Criminal Law, Civil, Family and Immigration.

Rachael has experience in a range of areas, particularly personal injury, contract, credit hire and mortgage possession. She has appeared for both Claimants and Defendants in small claims and fast track trials and is available to advise and settle pleadings.
Rachael has significant experience in all aspects of Immigration and Asylum law having worked as a practitioner in the field for three years prior to joining the Bar. She gained her level 1 accreditation under the Immigration Accreditation Scheme and has particular experience in asylum claims and human rights cases with complex medical issues.
