Stephen specialises in the field of personal injury and litigation arising therefrom to include areas of professional and clinical negligence. His practice includes cases at both fast track and multi track level and involves the management of cases to include advising as to both liability and relevant quantum, drafting of proceedings, schedules and counter schedules, advising in conference and generally to the final conclusion at trial or otherwise.

PARTICULAR SPECIALIST INTEREST
The majority of Stephen's work arises out of road traffic accidents or personal injury claims arising out of employment to include industrial disease and stress. He has particular special interests which also include catastrophic injury and fatal accidents. In addition the practice also involves cases specifically related to police issues.
LEVEL OF WORK
Stephen's practice includes multi track claims up to the level of £750,000 although current cases may well involved significantly higher figures.
