Personal Injury

Tim read for an undergraduate degree in Pharmacology before going on to qualify as a Solicitor. As an Associate Partner, he specialised in high value Multi Track Personal Injury cases.

Following 3 years in private practice, Tim transferred to the Bar, bringing with him extensive experience in all areas of Personal Injury law, including catastrophic brain injury cases for both defendant and claimant, with values in excess of a million pounds.

Tim also deals with Coroners Inquests in road traffic work, followed by reporting to insurers in defendant work and drafting advice to the families of victim in relation to civil claims.

He appears at all stages of Fast and Multi Track claims arising out of road traffic accidents, employer's liability and public liability claims. He appears for both Defendants and Claimants.
