Zia Chaudhry is predominantly a criminal practitioner dealing with all aspects of criminal cases in the criminal courts at all levels including serious offences of murder/manslaughter, drug offences, robbery, crimes of violence, rape and other sexual offences. Mr Chaudhry has also received instructions on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs as well as representing defendants charged with such offences, including offences of serious fraud.
His now extended practice includes a return to all areas of employment law advising and representing Claimants and Respondents in the Employment Tribunal.
Zia Chaudhry is fluent in Punjabi and has a working knowledge of Urdu.
