Bracewell Essay Prize

Chambers is delighted to congratulate Elliw Roberts on being the joint winner of the Bracewell Essay Prize, a very prestigious award for any family barrister. The subject of Elliw's essay was “To be ….or not to be at risk? Are the courts protecting children appropriately from the likelihood of future significant harm?”.
The judges were Rt Hon Lady Justice Black DBE and Ms Jo Miles, Director of Studies and Fellow in Law, Trinity College, Cambridge, and Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge, and an Academic Fellow of Inner Temple. The presentation will be made at the FLBA Annual Dinner which is being held on Friday 24th February in Middle Temple Hall.
