SJB Sheffield Launches

Paradise Chambers Sheffield and St John’s Buildings Chambers Manchester successfully concluded their merger on the 2nd of December 2011. The new Chambers, called St Johns Buildings Sheffield, will be open for business from the 5th of December 2011.
The merger will enhance St Johns Buildings’ reputation for quality advocacy as the largest barristers Chambers in England and Wales, with more than 250 barristers and 70 support staff. Headed by Michael Redfern Q.C. (who chaired the Alder Hey and Redfern Inquiries), St Johns Buildings also have Chambers in Preston and Chester and have recently launched a Liverpool set following a merger with India Buildings earlier this year.
